This looks and sounds very interesting. On schedule Luke Speller, research scientist and project manager with BMT Group who developed the fish, said the ‘robofish’ could be seen in ports and harbours of Wales in the near future.

OK, so maybe this isn’t going to help Theo right now. With future miniaturisation however, maybe things like these will be deployed by the EA to cruise our waterways… Probably not, but who knows!?

But hey, wait a minute, maybe that time will come sooner than we think. If Xiaobo Tan, Associate Professor at Michigan State University, and his colleagues  Ernest Mbemmo, Zheng Chen and Stephan Shatara continue their research in a similar field.
